TZ4AM - Mali

I'll be back on the air by January 7th, concentrating on 80-10m CW and SSB. 160m is also possible. 6m is dead so far. 

Power cuts now average 12 hours a day, so I will be operating on solar power and at lower power. I will be operating SPLIT 100% of the time; please don't call on frequency.
